The cost of unexpected service calls can cause concern on any business budget.  Signal Systems offers a Maintenance Service Agreement to help our customers steer clear of unanticipated repair costs caused by a breakdown of their fire and/or security systems.

For new systems installed by Signal Systems, the Maintenance Service Agreement covers all components in the system against manufacturer and/or defect in installation extending the warranty to 5 years.  This means that the cost of labor and parts for repair to the system due to a manufacturer defect or installation is covered.  (It’s that simple:  no service charge, no labor charge, no parts or materials charge, no other unexpected charge.)  Maintenance Service Agreements also include the replacement of system batteries thus preventing the troublesome low battery problems that often result in service calls.
